Corporate Development

In working with an individual, or in developing an organizational team towards accomplishing goals and objectives, the most effective definition or interpretation of the word “COACH” is taken from a book written by Ken Blanchard and Don Shula.

They describe the acronym “C.O.A.C.H.” as follows:

Conviction-Driven ~ Never compromise your beliefs.  Effective leaders stand for something.

Overlearning ~ Practice until it’s perfect.  Effective leaders help their teams achieve practice perfection.

Audible-Ready ~ Know when to change.  Effective leaders and the people and teams they coach, are ready to change when the situation demands it.

Consistency ~ Respond predictably to performance.  Effective leaders are predictable in their response to performance.

Honesty-Based ~ Walk your talk.  Effective leaders have high integrity and are clear and straightforward in their interactions with others.

In developing and embracing your Corporate Strategy, we will incorporate this philosophy to establish a brand that demonstrates your leadership strengths and capabilities while identifying and reflecting the depth and capacity of your teams to drive organizational performance and productivity.
